Becky Wright is responsible for directing the work of New Leaf Life Design a Counselling and Coaching EAP based in Somerset. She has a particular interest in promoting new transformational ways of working in the future and the unique role in business for counsellors who coach. Becky is currently working on developing her unique ‘Life Re-design Package’ inspired by the Awen Training Programme which supports businesses to improve staff well-being and assist private clients who wish to make changes in their lives. This approach brings together both counselling and coaching as a transformative and core process this has led to her being a successful speaker and coach.

Fern Smith has a First Class Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Industrial Relations and twenty-five years experience co-leading Volcano Theatre Company a Revenue Funded Organisation (RFO) of the Arts Council of Wales. After being awarded the Arts Council of Wales Fellowship on the Clore Leadership Programme in 2009, she went on to establish Emergence an arts and sustainability initiative (now a Community Interest Company), curating events, commissioning art and undertaking research that champions the role of the arts in social and ecological change. She is interested in creating conditions for dialogue and transformation. Her private practice as a craniosacral therapist, celebrant and coach underpins this.

Penny Billington is a Druid author, speaker and retreat leader. She has edited ‘Touchstone’ for The Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids for over 14 years and currently teaches their Inner Journeying workshops. Her other sphere of interest is the magical work of Dion Fortune.
Her published work includes ’The Path of Druidry’, and ‘The wisdom of Birch, Oak and Yew’ (Both Llewellyn Worldwide) and contributions to the OBOD Druid Grade course, to ‘The English book of Magic’, Carr Gomm/Heygate and chapters to books on Druidry and Ancestral Connections and Contemplative Druidry.
The Awen programme has been instrumental in deepening her understanding of the mysterious, fluid yet infinitely supportive relationships which underpin our world and our lives; an exploration which continues to inform her current practice.

Siobhán McGee
Siobhán is a Psychospiritual Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Aromatherapist and has worked in the field of holistic therapy for over 20 years. As an Aromatherapist she originally worked in the area of HIV/AIDS with organisations including the Immune Development Trust, London Lighthouse and across several NHS treatment schemes. She was one of the core tutors for the Diploma in Professional Aromatherapy at The Tisserand Institute and also taught their Subtle Energy module for several years.
As a psychotherapist she works with individuals and organisations and has an interest in the subtle embodiment of the deep imagination and the healing potential of working with nature and the land.
For the last 15 years she has provided psychological consulting to organisations, has written articles and taught on aspects of trauma, resilience and wellbeing. Organisations she has worked with include: Pret a Manger, London Fire Brigade, St Mungo’s and Edventure Frome.
Currently an Ovate member of the Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids (OBOD), she has also completed 4 years study with the Annwn Foundation. Her path is influenced by interests in Celtic mythology & spirituality, interpersonal creativity, wellbeing, resilience, eco-psychology, sacred plant medicine and a heart-mind-body practice which informs all aspects of her work.
